We don’t just sell accessories. We sell peace of mind in a tough world. That’s why we stand behind our products with clear, fair, and reliable return and warranty policies.

Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in original packaging and in original condition (including branded dust bags).
  • Items must be unused with original tags still attached.
  • Products must not show signs of damage, misuse, or tampering with the factory seal.

Important Notes:

  • Change of mind returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only (not refund), provided the items are in perfect original condition.
  • We do not refund original shipping costs.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent by us.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

How to Return: Please email us first at support@toughon.com before sending any returns. A Return Authorization is required.

Warranty Policy

We offer different warranty periods depending on product categories:

Product Category Warranty Period
Charging Products (Wireless Chargers, Car Chargers, Power Banks, etc.) 2 Years
All Other Products (Phone Cases, Screen Protectors, Car Mounts, etc.) 1 Year

What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faulty performance under normal use
  • One-time free replacement for screen protectors (within warranty period)

What is Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, liquid damage, or normal wear and tear
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Loss of product or accessories

Warranty Claim Process:

  1. Email support@toughon.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. Our team will assess the claim and guide you through the replacement process.

Note: Tough On products are exclusively sold and supported by PTC Phone Tech & Comm.
