Shipping policy

We offer free trackable parcel shipping on orders over $75.

• Orders received before 12:00 pm AEST are shipped same business day from our Brisbane warehouse.

• Orders placed on weekends or Queensland public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• We ship to residential addresses, PO Boxes, and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.

• Express shipping is available at checkout.

• Standard Shipping via Australia Post: 2–6 business days

• Express Shipping via Australia Post Express: 1–3 business days

All orders include tracking information, emailed to the customer once the order is dispatched.
