Refund policy

We offer a 60-day return period from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging, including any branded packaging or dust bags
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for a refund or exchange

Change of Mind

  • Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind purchases
  • Store credit or exchanges may be offered if the product is returned in original condition and packaging

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item

Australian Consumer Law

  • This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded
