Cancellation policy
- Customers may select from the available shipping and payment options at checkout
- Orders may be cancelled before processing and shipment
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled, but may be returned under our Return & Refund Policy
- To cancel an order, contact support@toughon.com with your order number as soon as possible
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law
